Will it sound robotic?

No. Frontline uses the latest natural-voice AI — it has pacing, warmth, breaths, and conversational acknowledgments ("got it," "let me check that"). Most callers don't realize it isn't human until they're told. If you ever want to confirm tone, every call comes with audio you can listen back to.

What happens if it doesn't know an answer?

Frontline says exactly what a great receptionist says: "Let me get that confirmed for you — I'll have the owner call you back within X." Then it texts you the question and the caller's number. No bluffing, no bad info, no scripts breaking. You stay in the loop, the caller feels handled.

Can I forward to a human if I want to?

Yes — set rules for when Frontline should route live (e.g. "if caller says 'emergency,' transfer to my cell"). For VIP callers and known numbers, you can also configure direct passthrough. Frontline is your filter, not your replacement.

Do I need new phone hardware or a new number?

No. Keep your existing business number. Frontline plugs in via standard call forwarding — the same feature your phone carrier already gives you for free. You can route all calls, after-hours only, or only when your line rings out. Your choice.

Can it book to my actual calendar?

Yes — on the Pro plan. Frontline integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, sees your real availability, and books appointments live during the call. On Standard, it captures the request and texts you to confirm.

What languages does it support?

Standard plan: native English. Pro plan: English + Spanish, with the AI auto-detecting the caller's language and switching seamlessly. More languages coming based on customer demand — tell us what you need.

What's the refund / cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime, no questions asked. If Frontline isn't earning its keep in your first 30 days, email us and we refund the month. We'd rather you stay because it works, not because of a contract.

Is my call data secure?

Calls are transmitted over encrypted carriers (TLS/SRTP). Recordings are stored encrypted at rest with per-business isolation. We don't sell or share call data, ever. Customer-facing privacy details are published in our forthcoming privacy policy at launch.
